Born 5 December 1920, in Wilkinson, Indiana, the son of James F. and Emma E. Johnson Miller.


Grade school in Wilkinson, Indiana; high school in Indianapolis, Indiana; attended University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana, and Harvard University (Navy) in Cambridge, Massachusetts; received Bachelor of Science in Commerce 1942 and Doctor of Jurisprudence 1947 Degrees from Notre Dame.


Retired Lawyer and former Judge, St. Joseph County Superior Court.

Widower, father of 5 children - David D. Meek, Robert L. Miller, Jr., Mindy Jane Moore, Pamela Anne Christian, and Lisa Beth Maguire; grandfather of 12; great-grandfather of 4.
